Changes & Cancellations Policy

Refunds are in the form of coupons only. The coupon can be applied to another event until December 31, 2024.

Changes or Cancellations

More than seven (7) days prior to start date of event: Coupons are issued for the amount (or deposit) paid for changes made more than 7 days prior to the start date of an event, less an administrative fee of $25.

Less than seven (7) days prior to start date of event: Coupons are not issued for cancellations or changes made within 7 days prior to the start date of an event.

Longlea Conference Center, Inc. reserves the right to decline a reservation for any reason. If a reservation is declined, a full refund will be issued.
